    sea salt and choco, one of my fav combos! will have to try this recipe. Warm cup of tea on a rainy Sunday with these biscuits sounds superb. Cheers!

    Sounds like my ideal brunch, too! Scones are a must-have for brunch, you are right about that.

    I love the grated butter idea, I have yet to try it, but as I can see, the results are perfect.

    The grated frozen butter completely changed my biscuit making process - and definitely for the better!

    I don't think there's anything better than chocolate or caramel with sea salt. That tang of salt makes the chocolate taste even better. These biscuits looks delish!
    (Have you ever sprinkled a little fleur de sel on chocolate pudding? It's great!)
