I love Gnocchi and sweet potatoes. My husband likes Gnocchi but not sweet potatoes. I wonder if I could be a "sneaky wife" and make these for him . :) They look delicious Jan, and that butter, sage, parmesan sauce sounds perfect!

Looks great! And so simple!! I love it. Do you think you could sub whole wheat flour?

My economical go to healthy food would have to be a simple lentil soup. It's nothing to wow the socks of anyone but all the ingredients are relatively cheap, it's hearty, and it's so easy to make.. AND healthy!

Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I love making gnocchi - the dough just feels so nice. On the healthy and economical topic, we do a lot of beans and rice. I just finished off some Indian adzuki beans for lunch. Yum.

These look great! I've had them bookmarked for awhile now too.. I must give them a go. Perfect late winter food!

They really are!  We loved them and hope to make them for lunch again this week.

Hi Jan- I was just reading about Harry trotter's gnocchi and wanted to try it. This recipe seems very tasty too. GMTA (great minds think alike).

It's going to be finish of mine day, except before ending I am reading this enormous post to improve my know-how.
