Could you be more specific than "goat cheese"? Goats milk cheese comes in as many varieties as cows I'll cheese. I get it from a local farmer and just from them have options like feta, chevre, monchego, ricotta salata, and at least two others whose names i can't recall. I'm guessing this one is feta, but I just saw a recipe yesterday for a goat cheese pizza that said to slice the cheese, so they didn't mean feta or chevre and I was left wondering what kind of goats cheese they intended.

Hi AnneMariee....Sure.  What I used was a goats milk chevre.  Great point about the different types of cheese and I will be more specific in the future.
