    So jealous that you have not one but two Madeleines pans. I passed one by earlier this summer because I found it to be too expensive, yet I've been wanting to make Madeleines ever since. Which pan do you prefer baking with, the one from France or the $10.00 one and does the pan really make the difference in the quality of the Madeleines?
