    I have definitely seen a version of this profiterole in our fancy downtown bake shop. They sell for like $7 a pop or something ridiculous. I'll definitely be serving these up for the fam :) Thanks for the recipe!

    I love these pastries but have never had the courage to try them. Yours look beautiful. Perhaps a New Year's resolution for me should be making these at some point in 2012!
