Thanks. Pinning this now to my salads board. I get tired of garden salads so quickly. LOL

So nice of you - thank you! And I feel the same way about those greens. :)

Hi Jan, I just made a similar salad for guests with rave reviews. I added one inch pieces of blanched asparagus, cherry tomatoes and diced red onion. A little tip I picked up from my sister-in-law is to add the dressing 10 minutes before you serve it this way the taste is fresh and bright. Either way this recipe is a keeper!
What stops me from entertaining is being too tired to cook and clean at the same time. But honestly it's worth it!

Thanks, Leah! I think thats an awesome suggestion, and Ive updated the recipe with full credit to you, of course!

This is one of my family's favorite meals! I use lemon instead of lime and add red onions and kalamata olives. Voila! A Greek pasta salad. It's fantastic with grilled chicken too.

Thanks, Wendy! I love how versatile this kind of salad is. And I bet its tasty with the ingredients you mentioned. :)
