Lots of homework due for the boys this week, a few hockey games for Ben and school work and new assignments for Mom. We're also hoping to get on our school ice rink a few more times this week before it closes for the season. This means we're keeping things on the food front rather simple. What are you eating this week?
Monday - Tuscan bean and barley soup with garlic toasts
Tuesday - Stuffed chicken breast, herbed orzo and French green beans
Wednesday - Ricotta gnocchi with tomato sauce
Thursday - Potato leek soup and cheesy tuna melts
Friday - Meatloaf and roasted vegetables
Wow! You call that simple!
Here's what we are having.
Monday: Vegeterian Chili
Tuesday: Lebanese chicken, rice, steamed brocoli.
Wednesday: Grilled cheese, soup, crudites
Thursday: Pasta with meat sauce
Friday: Homemade pizza and salad

Hi Sophie - It really is...the chicken is already stuffed and cooked, the soup for today is made, and Rob is taking care of dinner on Friday...sounds more gourmet than it really is!

I'm with Sophie, that sounds like a different kind of simple than my menu. :)
Monday: Party leftovers
Tuesday: Dinner out
Wednesday: Chicken and wild rice soup and homemade bread
Thursday: Vegetable Vindaloo with homemade pita bread
Friday: Dinner at friends
