We spent the weekend in the woods celebrating the end of the school year (four more days to go!), a new job for Rob and a few other things that deemed themselves worthy of a few days away from home. It was completely peaceful and we came home excited for many more weekend excursions in the coming months.
When we arrived I felt like Old Mother Hubbard as I stared into an empty cupboard and even emptier fridge. There was truly nothing to eat, so a meal plan was quickly made and a list fashioned from the items we needed to pull off dinner in what is surely going to be a busy week.
Here's what we're munching on this week. What are you cooking up these days?
Monday: Grilled chicken cobb salad (greens, chicken, hard-boiled egg, bacon, avocado, tomato, corn)
Tuesday: BBQ pizza with mozzarella cheese and basil, side salad
Wednesday: Sausages, baked beans, grilled greens
Thursday: Crispy fish, oven fries and mixed green salad
Friday: I'm hoping for dinner out!
This meaninglessness is rattling consultatory and facilitative I am superficial impertinent for writer nutritious and health lineal assemblage.
