It's a long weekend, it's cold, and I can't imagine wanting to do anything other than what I have planned for the next three days: cozying up at home with my peeps and cooking all the things in order to keep us warm and well fed. I have Italian wedding soup on the menu, not to mention an eight-hour slow cooked pork roast, bolognese, banana muffins and some sort of sweet treat for my big and little loves.
