I love making my own dough, and I've been looking for another recipe to try---this is it!

This looks wonderful! never had whole-wheat. Pizza is a given - because everyone will eat it. I will definitely try it. Thanks for visiting my blog. I know I will be making every recipe in Molly's book. (I say "Molly" like I know her.) They never fail. I must say - the blogging recipes - also never fail. Your pizza might be a Good Friday dinner - no meat, fresh and delicious.

Can you make this dough and freeze it for future use? Can you use more whole wheat and less white flour?

Jan Scott

Yes, the dough will freeze well.  Make it and freeze it and then when you remove it, allow it to thaw and then rise as per the directions.  As for using more whole wheat flour that will be fine also.  Just make sure to include some white flour.  It needs enough gluten to rise and roll out properly.
